In addition to competing for undisputed supremecy in individual sports, members of the Professional Handicappers League compete for the Undisputed Overall World Handicapping Championship, presented once a year to the league member who compiles the most net units profit with their premium program after vig based on 100.00 units.
The year long event crowns the Professional Handicapper who earns the most   net units between January 1st and December 31st of a calendar year.
Eligible1 Handicappers submit their premium2 selections for grading to The Professional Handicappers League™ prior to game start times.
Each game is graded3 against the official grading line based on 1 unit4 play. At the end of the year, the Handicapper who accumulates the most units is crowned the World Champion.

ProCappers® Leaderboards The World's Best Fully Documented Handicappers!
1Eligibility: Members in good standing with the Professional Handicappers League are eligible to win the World Handicapping Championship. Death, League disqualification or any other unreasonably lengthy interruption of participation in The Professional Handicappers League™ may revoke a members eligibility at the League's sole discretion.

2Premium: Premium Selections refers to selections that are available to the public and entered into the League's database as a "premium" selection at least 15 minutes prior to the start of a game. Handicapper 'free picks', opinions, media quotes or any other hearsay not submitted to the league at least 15 minutes prior to game time and designated as a 'premium' play will not be considered as a selection.

3Grading: Games are graded against the actual line, trapped at the time the handicapper makes the submission as provided by and available here.

4Unit: Totals & Spread sports are based on 1 unit per play. A win is counted as +100 to a handicappers record and a loss is deducted at -110. Moneylines are based on to risk for a favorite and on to win for an underdog. For example, a win with a favorite of -150 counts as +100 towards ones record. A loss with a favorite of -150 would be deducted as a loss of -150. A win with an underdog of +150 would be credited at +150. A loss on an underdog of +150 would be deducted at -100.

(Note): Handicappers pick games against ACTUAL online offerings, i.e. a game offered at +5/-105 that loses would be recorded at -105, NOT -110. Likewise, a game offered at +5/-115 that loses would be recorded at -115 NOT -110. For more information visit the documentaion page found here.
