The college basketball betting season is a couple weeks into conference play, and the teams in the ACC are already off to a hot start! Check out how the teams in one of the top conferences in the country stack up in this week's BetUS college basketball power rankings...

1: Duke Blue Devils (11-5 ATS, 15-2 SU) (LW: 3) Last week was a good one for Coach K and the Dookies, as they pounded both Boston College and Wake Forest at Cameron Indoor. Five of the next seven are on the road though, and the two home games come against FSU and G-Tech.

On Deck: Away @ North Carolina State, Away @ Clemson

2: Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (8-4 ATS, 13-4 SU) (LW: 2) If you had asked Georgia Tech's college basketball betting fans which one of their team's two road games that they were going to win this week, they sure wouldn't have picked the one against UNC! Still, the Jackets made a big statement by knocking off the Tar Heels, and they should feel good coming home for three of the next four.

On Deck: Home vs. Clemson, Away @ Florida State

3: Clemson Tigers (9-6 ATS, 15-3 SU) (LW: 4) The Tigers look good for an NCAA Tournament berth for certain after sweeping past UNC and NC State last week. You can get in a funk in a hurry in the ACC though, so Clemson will want to be on top of its game these next five very difficult games.

On Deck: Away @ Georgia Tech, Home vs. Duke

4: North Carolina State Wolfpack (9-6-1 ATS, 12-6 SU) (LW: 6) The Wolfpack shot up the college basketball power rankings this week with a big victory at Florida State and a narrow defeat against Clemson. The next three are all very winnable, but all very difficult, and NCSU will need at least one victory if not two to get back into the tourney talks.

On Deck: Home vs. Duke, Away @ Maryland

5: Virginia Cavaliers (7-3 ATS, 11-4 SU) (LW: 5) Any guess who's leading the ACC coming into this week? UVA is 3-0 in conference play and has rolled off seven straight victories SU and five straight covers. Will the good string of luck continue for the Cavvies?

On Deck: Home vs. UNC-Wilmington, Away @ Wake Forest

6: Miami Hurricanes (6-4 ATS, 15-3 SU) (LW: 1) Miami had an awful week away from Coral Gables, and this may be the beginning signs of a steep decline for the Canes. There's a reason that, even at 15-1, this team wasn't ranked in the Top-25.

On Deck: Home vs. Boston College, Away @ Maryland

7: Maryland Terrapins (7-6 ATS, 11-5 SU) (LW: 9) In two weeks, the Terps moved from the gutter of the ACC into the Top-8 thanks to four straight covers. This should be a 14-5 team heading into the final days of January.

On Deck: Home vs. Longwood, Home vs. North Carolina State

8: Virginia Tech Hokies (6-5 ATS, 13-3 SU) (LW: 8) A split against the Sunshine State schools this week will probably be a theme for the rest of the year for the Hokies. The biggest question is whether or not V-Tech will ultimately have enough bulk to crack the Field of 65 when it's said and done. This week features two must-wins.

On Deck: Home vs. UNC-Central, Home vs. Boston College
