Miguel Cabrera will try to help the Detroit Tigers win for the sixth time in 20 games away from home tonight when they face the -170 favored Los Angeles Angels.

Cabrera did his part to help Detroit improve its poor 26-38 road mark, going 3-for-5 with two doubles, a homer and five RBI in a 10-7 victory Monday in the opener of this three-game series.

The Tigers will turn to Jarrod Washburn, who is looking to get on track after being acquired from Seattle on July 31. Since moving to Detroit, Washburn is 0-1 with a 6.04 ERA.

The lefthander is 1-5 with a 5.97 ERA in his last six starts against the Angels.

John Lackey will attempt to continue his dominance of Detroit and improve on a 6-0 record with a 3.31 ERA in eight starts against the Tigers.
